Dr. Verena Drews is heading the Product Development department for Large Lithium-Ion cells at Varta Microbattery GmbH since 2022, which will be transfered to V4DRIVE Battery GmbH.

She has 10 years of Lithium-Ion Battery development experience in different positions at Bosch Germany and Bosch USA, as well as VARTA and ZSW.

Her PhD is in electical engineering with focus on aging and swelling behavior of Silicon containing Li-ion Batteries at ZSW Ulm and University Bayreuth.
