Sun-Mi Choi, who was born and raised in Germany with South-Korean heritage, is Senior Director for Business Development at Plus, a Silicon Valley based self-driving technology company focused on automating trucks, shaping the future of safe and sustainable logistics. Besides developing business and partnership opportunities for Plus, she is responsible for expanding Plus’ footprint in Europe and is based in Munich to set-up Plus’ head office for Europe. Prior to joining Plus, she worked for Siemens as a commercial project manager and spent the past 10 years at Bosch in various sales, marketing and strategic functions. She brings in an extensive international experience having worked in Germany, South Korea, China and most recently in the US (Silicon Valley), where she held global responsibility developing new business and strategic partnerships focused on future PACE (personalized, automated, connected, electrified) mobility. She feels passionate about shaping the future of mobility, bringing industry stakeholders together and building bridges between different regions to bring safer, more sustainable and efficient transport solutions to reality.
