Roman Bouffier studied mechanical engineering with focus on plastics processing at RWTH Aachen, Germany and holds a PhD on thermoplastic composites.

He joined Kautex in 2015 in the Research department and since 2022 holds the role of Engineering Director for customers such as VW, BMW and Mercedes.
