Christian Kleinhans joined the Valmet Automotive Group in July 2017. He initially served as Senior Advisor Business Development before taking on the position of Senior Vice President Group Business Development in January 2018. A graduate in industrial engineering, he began his career in 1993 in research and development at Daimler. In 1997, he moved into top management consulting and spent almost 14 years at Oliver Wyman, most recently as Partner Global Automotive Practice. At the end of 2010, Christian founded the management consultancy Berylls Strategy Advisors. There, as well as in the past, the focus was on corporate strategy, R&D and new business designs in the automotive industry, both OEMs and suppliers. Since 2008, he has been intensively involved with e-mobility and the resulting disruptive impact on the automotive value chain.
In his role as Senior Vice President Busines Development, Christian Kleinhans is significantly responsible for the implementation, further development and execution of the e-mobility strategy within the Valmet Automotive Group. His scope of work comprises business development, strategy, M&A and communications.
