Dr. Wulff holds a PhD in economics and is a proven expert in site management and investment promotion with proven track-record achievements. He is a networking expert and was involved in more than 1.000 investment projects with almost 90.000 new jobs created in Thuringia. He has been a member of Management Board since 2010 and coordinating cross-function teams as head of department „Investment, International Business, and Cluster Promotion“.
