Adrian Porter

Adrian Porter is an automotive executive with over 30 years of industry experience. He has held key positions in leading automotive companies and is recognized for his operational sales and marketing expertise, proven strategic business development track record, and successful team and project management skills.
During his career, Porter has served as the Fleet Business Manager for Major Accounts at Ford, the Leasing Manager at Honda UK, and the Manager of International Fleet Sales for the UK and Nordics at Daimler. He also held various roles at DaimlerChrysler between 2002 and 2009, where, as the Senior International Fleet and Remarketing Manager, he led a team in developing and executing effective global fleet and remarketing strategies.
From 2011 to 2014, Porter worked as a Senior Global Fleet Consultant at ARI, where he provided strategic guidance to clients on managing their fleets effectively.
He was then responsible for overseeing and managing the strategic and operational development of fleet sales channels and used vehicle processes for 28 European markets while steering the launch of a new LCV product segment for Hyundai during his time as Director of European Fleet Sales & Remarketing at Hyundai Motor Europe between 2014 and 2017.
Since May 2017, he has been the Director of Strategic Partnerships at ALD Automotive, where he continues to apply his extensive industry knowledge to develop and foster strong partnerships and driving growth through the pioneering digital and subscription platforms enabling OEMs to quickly deliver to their rapidly changing customer needs as well as meeting the digital only sales approach of the newer OEM entrants.
